Shipping charges are not included in the product price. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers, if this happens shipping charges are calculated by the manufacturer.  Our shipping rates are per shipment, based on total weight. We calculate shipping by adding the base product price to the total weight x price per pound. For more information about shipping, please visit our Store Policies page.

Do you ship overseas?

We do not ship to addresses outside the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam at this time.  We hope to offer international shipping in the near future. We do not accept international credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Do you ship to Military addresses?

Absolutely!  All shipping rates for military overseas addresses are the same as shipping within the domestic United States.

We do not ship to Canada. We hope to expanded our shipping options to include Canada soon.

Why did my order arrive in two different packages?

We make every effort to ship your entire order together.  Ocassionally when products are on backorder, we send part of your shipment as we do not want to delay your entire order. We always ship the in-stock products immediately.  The backordered items are then sent promptly after they arrive.

What is your return policy?

MyBabyFirst wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased for any reason, return it to us within 30 days of the shipment receipt. Please see our
store policies page for specific details on how to request a refund.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.  Military addresses can expect longer delivery times from 4-6 weeks.

Will you send an order confirmation?

MyBabyFirst will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. The letter will include your order number, shipping information, and a list of each product & price.  If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards using Paypal and personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear). Please make check payable to MyBabyFirst and send to PO Box 307, Sutton NH 03260.

What is PayPal?

Paypal permits you to order without using a credit card or sharing any personal financial information. Any individual customer or business with an e-mail address can order online using PayPal.
