Homemade Baby Wipes

My Baby First has one goal in mind, you the customer! We want to share our secrets with you about baby products and ideas. We know how expensive raising a baby can be and that is why we are sharing our homemade baby wipes recipe with you. You can make your own, its quick, its easy and it saves you money! Homemade baby wipes also have no preservatives, making your own wipes ensures you know exactly what ingredients are on your baby's delicate skin!

We simply wet our cloth wipes with warm water right before changing our baby.  It's convenient, can be done anywhere, and you only need the wet pail/bag for dirty wipes and cloth diapers.  We have not had a problem with rashes or illness from this method, and it is the most cost-effective way to wipe your baby!

Easy Homemade Cloth Diaper Recipe:

2 cups water

2 tablespoons baby oil

2 tablespoons baby bath

24-36 cloth wipes

1 plastic container with lid OR 1 spray bottle

Place 12 wipes in plastic container if that is what will use. Combine all baby wipes ingredients and pour over wipes.  We recommend changing this water out at least every other day so the wipes don't start smelling musty.

The other option is to keep your wipes dry, and spray from the bottle onto the wipe right before using the wipe.
