The Regular Prefold Diaper is made of two extremely soft layers of hemp fleece and folds any way you \want! Hemp does shrink slightly after the first few washes. 13 x 17 Regular Prefold measurements are after shrinkage occurs. The Newborn Prefold diaper is also available for smaller babies.
WillowSprouts diapers are super soft, durable and absorbent, made from certified organic hemp and cotton. They are natural colored, with no bleach or harsh chemicals used to make them. They fit into pocket diaper covers as well as inside most wraps. The sizes listed below correspond to most diaper covers, dimensions are also listed. Willow Sprouts can be used as a companion insert to a larger size or other style diaper for additional absorbency. Hemp is MUCH more absorbent than a standard cotton or microterry insert, which helps to keep baby happy and dry..... Hemp is VERY durable and wears in, and typically lasts longer than regular cotton!
While no prewashing is required, the fabric
contains natural oils that strip with repeated washing, thereby becoming more absorbent over time. They start out looking thin, but will fluff after use, and do well in the dryer. They are as trim on your baby as a disposable!! Hemp is by nature more absorbent than cotton, so less is more!
