Accepted Methods of Payment
 
We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear). Please make check payable to MyBabyFirst, LLC and send to PO Box 1261, Fowlerville, MI 48836.
Shipping Time
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 2-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, most cloth diaper items ship directly from our Michigan office, with some items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service Department for instructions, we will be happy to work with you. If you have a defective product from one of the following manufacturers, please click on their link for warranty information.
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be very happy with every purchase. Unused, unwashed items may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new condition, in unopened packaging, free of pet hair, and from a smoke-free home to be accepted. If 60 days have passed and you would still like a return, let us know and we will work with you - our aim is to make you happy!
You are responsible for shipping on returns. Exchanges will be considered for different colors, prints, sizes, etc for in-stock products only. All exchange shipping charges are your responsibility.
Return Merchandise Policy
Any items marked as Clearance or on Sale are final sales. Occasionally, we have 'Specials' on certain products; these may or may not be available for returns/exchanges. Please contact us prior to your purchasing these products to see what the return policy is for these items.
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to info@mybabyfirst.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. Additionally, refunds will be made the same way they were purchased (if paid by credit card, refund will appear on credit card).
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following (shipment back to our company will be credited to you upon receipt and acceptance of contents at My Baby First, LLC):
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors that are beyond our control. Returns will not be accepted for different color/print choices, sizes, etc. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Restocking Fee
All returned orders are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Cancellations Before Shipping
After orders are submitted through our system, customers will have until the order has been processed to cancel the order. After this time frame, please refer to refund policy above.
